Three Companies Become NIC Associate Members

Wed, 27 July, 2022

The Non-Metallic Innovation Centre (NIC) are pleased to welcome three new NIC Associate Members.

Speciality chemicals and polymers manufacturer Arkema, American multinational energy corporation Chevron and polymer manufacturers SABIC have all become Associate Members of the NIC in 2022, offering them a range of benefits.

Associate Membership of the NIC is available to companies in supply chains who can help provide potential non-metallic solutions for the oil and gas industry, and who are interested in the development of non-metallic pipeline technologies.

Collaborating with technical experts and helping commercialise promising technology solutions, Associate Members share the cost of R&D while gaining access to TWI experts in non-metallics for oil and gas, and entry to the NIC Associates Research Programme.

All three of the companies have joined to help develop their strategies for innovating in non-metallic pipelines.

We look forward to working with Arkema, Chevron and SABIC to help develop innovative new non-metallic solutions for the oil and gas industry.
